Recently bottled in 2022, this is still a young, tightly coiled wine. Notes of black currant, dark fruits and blueberry are balanced against earthy leather and dark undergrowth. Chocolate/cocoa and coffee/toffee on the nose, it ends delightfully with red fruits and spice on the finish. Drink with braised meats (pork and short ribs), corned beef and cabbage.
