This beautiful wine has aged nicely to show it's true character. It shows blackberry, graphite and violet notes as well as medium plus tannins. There is lots of red cherry on the finish, as well as some chocolate. This should age and integrate for several more years. If drinking now, pair with sirloin steak and leaner cuts of meat, braised meats, roast beef.
