Join us Saturday, February 9th, for a day of local wine and chocolate pairings at 26 participating Seneca Lake wineries. Despite the affinity for one another, many wine and chocolate pairings fight for the same ‘palate space’ making it somewhat challenging to pair wine and chocolate together. To enable a larger range of pairing experiences, wineries will offer food dishes prepared with chocolate alongside three tastings of perfectly paired wines.
We'll be serving Chocolate Almond & Hazlenut Mousse.
