Tasting Notes
Fresh and cool with layers of luscious pineapple, melon, and white peach followed by hints of vanilla.
Winemaker Notes
A blend of Cayuga, Vidal Blanc and Chardonnay harvested from our Estate Vineyards in September of 2016, these wines were cool fermented for about three to four weeks and then allowed to settle and age in steel tanks prior to blending.
