Taught in our beautiful and spacious tasting room with breathtaking views of Seneca Lake, these Combination Yoga and Energy Wisdom classes promote health, relaxation and Chakra Awareness. Guided by registered yoga instructor Katy Dunlap, RYT, and Mary Wittig, certified in Energy Medicine and Energy Kinesiology, for four consecutive Wednesdays in April (5th, 12th, 19th, 26th).
